At 4:30 pm on August 19th I placed an order at jacks in Summerville my order arrived at 4:49pm and I received the oldest most dried out chicken ever. When I called to complain to the manager he told it was my door dasher Ian fault, really how did Ian turn my fresh chicken u claimed to give me into 2 hour old chicken he didn’t… because of his attitude I asked for his name he asked why I told him I was gonna make my complaint with corporate the manager then hung up on me ! So whoever claimed to be the manage at5:03 on August 19th just knw that I did in fact call the corporate office on you … shame on send ppl old disgusting food ppl work hard for their money and it isn’t cheap to feed a family of 6 just to relieve trash Noone wants to eat …. shame on you Jack’s employees!

I ordered two of the Chicken finger dinner plates. The chicken fingers were SMALLER than the fries! $22 for 2 drinks and 2 four piece chicken finger dinner plates is RIDICULOUS considering the size of the chicken fingers. I could have gotten better food from elsewhere. I will NOT be back.

Manager was rude and rolled her eyes and got an attitude with me because she got my order wrong. I simply told her how and what I ordered. Then she put her fingers all over my food. Now if I did it to her I’d understand, but no sense in being rude. She did it in front of her crew and my kids unacceptable. Good mood bad mood, bad day whatever. It’s not cute or professional, Go get it together and collect yourself don’t ever treat costumers that way. Not a way to represent yourself or your company.

This is the 2nd time we have been cheated out of a simple order of French fries . Today 04/07/2023. When my husband went in to get the missing fry the associate stated he had put all the fries in the bag and that he would replace them anyway and threw our receipt in the floor and didn’t give it back. This upset me very bad.

Sign said 10pm closing time. Arrived at 8:20pm tonight and was asked to leave by the manager while we were standing in line to order because she “thought she’d already locked the doors.” Rude and unacceptable. Change the hours on your sign. Better yet, learn how to treat customers. Won’t be back. Sad, because we love the food.
