When we arrived, the restaurant had only 4 customers and 3 were already seated. It was very loud from the employees laughing and joking. We ordered and took a seat. No number or name was given or taken for our order. An order was called out that sounded like ours. I picked it up and returned to our table. After having a fry or two we realized we had the wrong order. Our order was remade as well as the peoples that we had received. When we finally got our food, it was fine. After eating I went to the restroom to wash my hands. It was very nasty and unkempt. There were no paper towels. I had to use my shirt and pant legs. I immediately informed an employee that there was nothing to dry your hands on in the restroom. She said “ OK “. Never once was a sorry or a thank you uttered from any employee or manager at any time. We do not complain about substandard service. We just do not spend any more money with the establishment. I am writing this so that the management may have a tool to improve this facility. After all, the food is really good. Thank you for your attention in this matter. Dennis

We travel from Florida cuz we don’t have jacks down there. Despite the reviews others left, the store was clean.. the service was fast and respectful. The food was well cooked. I think perhaps some local people are just pushing back because its a new business? Not sure but this is a world above the quality and service you get in a jacks in lets say, Montgomery or Birmingham! The staff did a great job and the food was amazing!

We ordered 2, #1 combos. Food was fresh and tasted good. We used the drive-thru and had to pull up and wait for our food. Employee was polite in the window. We waited about 8 mins. per my receipt time. No napkins with our order.

I do not see the need to even bother offering an curbside pickup option if your franchise ignores the orders. It is a rarity to say the least if a curbside order is filled within 10-20 minutes at your Gray, GA location period. I have had several occasions that after a significant wait that I have just had to go in and then still wait on my paid for order. This is if they are busy or practically no business…no difference. It has been this way practically since the franchise has been open here in Gray, GA. When I walked in they had not even noticed the order ticket much less my vehicle on the monitor therefore the order hadn’t even been started. Order submitted 233PM, promised 243PM, walked in at 253PM, finally got order at 307PM. I used to think many months ago that the Gray, GA McDonald’s had the worst curbside service on the planet but your outfit beats them by a country mile. The food is normally good but their customer service and if you get the correct order is always in play.

This is the 3rd time I have ordered from drive thru where I had to wait 35 minutes to get my food. Food was cold in the bag and shakes were melted because they said they were waiting on pies to cook (part of the sandwich special). Not sure if I will go back sine this has happened multiple times.

It’s seems this place has gone down hill since they open. It was really good at first but today was not good. They were out of chicken and vanilla shakes and then I had to wait 15 mins after I pulled up at the drive through for only a couple of burgers. I was very disappointed. Im hoping Jacks will stay around for a while. They have great food. Not like the typical fast food restaurants. With this kind of service I don’t see this place lasting long in Gray.

I tried the Bologna sandwich and it was really good. I’ve had Bologna sandwiches all my life and would never have imagined buying one at a drive through window but Jack’s made it happen. It came with Fries and a drink too.

Would leave 0 stars if I could. 15 plus minutes of sitting in the drive thru line. Went inside to inquire about the wait where Keisha spoke to/acknowledged two people who came in AFTER me. They seemed to be her friends. When I questioned this she got an attitude and still offered no customer service. Left without food and will not be back.
