this jacks location has good customer service in the morning but at night it can be shaky when its almost times for them to close now back to back weeks i have came before closing and the food is not warm and the first grease is not change because i have had black and brown specs on the fries knowing the grease is old… they just throw you the food fast as possible so they can close

We’ve never been to this particular restaurant and decided to stop for a quick lunch. Dined inside. The young man taking our order was pleasant and helpful. That’s the best thing we can say about our experience. The restaurant was dirty. Every table was dirty and we were the only ones there and appeared to be plenty of staff. There were flies everywhere. The surfaces and floor were sticky. There was even a used hair net left on one of the tables. If the air conditioning was working, it must not have been turned on because it was quite warm in there. The food was not the same quality as other Jack’s restaurants we’ve had in the area. It was a disappointment and we ate quickly because we just wanted to get out of there. We won’t be back to this location unfortunately. This place needs to be cleaned up, updated, and food quality needs to be brought up to par.

My wife and I stoped by this Jack’s for a quick meal after a morning of going to garage sales. We were a bit surprised that we got our food quickly. We like the food that they serve, but the service at most Jack’s is usually kind of slow. However, this time, at near noon on a Saturday, food was ready as soon as we got back from visiting the restrooms (which were nice and clean by the way). My wife had a double cheeseburger combo with fries and a Diet Coke while I had the fried chicken sandwich with fries. We shared the Diet Coke because you can get all of the refills you want. I have wanted to try the chicken sandwich where the chicken looks enormous on the TV advertisements. It was plenty big, but not quite as big as on TV and very good and not dry. My wife said that the hamburger was good and I had a bit of it because she couldn’t eat it all. My wife said she liked the fries, but I would preferred that their big were a bit more crispy on the outside. I would never give a fast food place anymore than a four star review, and overall that’s what this one deserved.

i literally just went through the drive thru and ordered my breakfast special and specifically said no gravy and i got double gravy with no grits… wish we could go back to the days when the fast food service was a hell of a lot better

Never again. I fully understand nothing looks like the menu representation. This is the poorest excuse for “loaded pub fries” I have come across. This restaurant is trash. Don’t waste your money here. Spend it at another establishment where the employees take pride in their work, products, and service they perform.
