My first visit and I was greeted at the door. The cashier saw me and immediately greeted with eye contact and I placed my order. The pancakes were served hot and the temperature of the food was perfect. I admit I was extremely hungry so these pancakes were consumed quickly. Jack’s is a fine place to eat if you desire southern hospitality. I sat and listened to the employees and guest chat and laugh. Today’s visit restored my faith In HUMANITY. LATEACIA McGregor your team at this store is amazing treat them for their good deeds. Happy employees are great because of the leadership you provide. We ordered 4 chicken finger meals in the drive thru and only got 3. Then we had to wait several mints for them to make the last one. When we got home, some of our fries were soggy and some were almost hard like they weren’t cooked long enough. None of them were crispy like fries are supposed ro be.

Worst big jack I ever had ☹️dry and hard unripe tomato…and the kicker was no pickles on it! Fries weren’t fresh. Also got a salad and was disappointed in those tomatoes as well and the chick fingers in salad were tuff.

For over a year I’ve been visiting jacks jemison and columbiana locations after school and ordering a chicken biscuit, with no problem, for the last 2 weeks I ve been told by the same rude boy, some reason that’s he’s not going to complete my order. Today it was because they didn’t have enough employees to drop the chicken to be fried for a biscuit ( biscuits are always made because they go with other meals.)

Most of the time I visit Columbiana Jack’s, it’s the drive thru. Fast service, no wait time, and the food was great. 04/12/23 Today, I needed to get something for breakfast. I chose Jack’s in Columbiana, Al. No waiting in drive thru. Order was taken swiftly. Pick up window with David was great. David greeted me, rang up the amount, and I received my food and receipt with a Thank You. That’s a good order of customer service added to a Bacon Egg and Cheese Biscuit/with coffee.

I went to jacks last week and for the past few weeks they are employeeing either work release inmates or people from a rehab center the services is awful and I was greeted with a young girl at drive through covered with sores on her arms and face and no gloves on I thought at that time maybe to stop going to jacks today I went through the drive through placed my order and asked if I was paying with cash I said no card sat in the drive through line for 25 minutes with the man behind me cussing and honking his horn the lady in front of me have given the girl in the window a large bill and they argued for 15 minutes because she was given the wrong amount of change back from the employee when they were through I pulled up put my card out the window to pay and informed they were taking cash only I asked why I sat in line for now over 30 and not be told that nothing no answer needless to say that will be my last visit to this jacks in columbiana al it’s gone to hell
