Terrible Experience!!! Cashier who took our order was terrible. He didn’t speak to us while we were ordering. My husband ordered a meal that didn’t come with a drink and he didn’t bother telling him. Then he charged me for a drink when I ordered water. When he handed us cups, we were short one cup. They also tried to short us an order of fries. We had to show them where all they screwed up before they would fix it. Had to wait in line to ask for a fork and ketchup because they weren’t available in the lobby and the manager completely ignored me when I stood at the counter to ask for them. The food is whatever, it’s fast food didn’t expect a miracle but Jesus the drive thru etc is so slow. I aged five years just waiting, I’m unsure why they would consider them selves fast food I’ve seen molasses move uphill faster than their service all to get bland food, the shake was decent though.

I opened it to add mayo because it was literally a hunk of chicken and two pickles. It was only then I realized some incompetent employee gave me a thigh on a bun. This isn’t edible. Even the thigh is burnt to a crisp. And if that’s not bad enough they rang up a chocolate shake that I didn’t order. I was wondering why the price was so high. Then the guy at the drive thru said well you already paid for it do you want it. Fully expecting a mistake and for me to just trash it as I hate chocolate…. I soon realize why my order was so expensive. I was charged for a chocolate shake I didn’t order. I would never have ordered a chocolate shake as I hate chocolate.

Never have I had food worse than this. Raw fries, cold burger. Even went back a had them remake it and still just as bad. Might as well drove by and threw my money out the window. They should close the doors on this place.

We eat breakfast here very often, generally the food is good, we go thru the drive thru though and they constantly take your money, throw your drinks at you and ask you to pull up and they will bring your food out. It gets old, I know they are doing it because they’re on a timer, but so often I feel rushed and forget to ask for condiments. They also tend to forget straws and napkins. Just seems like there could be a better system…

We’ve been going to this Jack’s for a little over a year and it has continued to decline. The staff have gotten worse, the restaurant isn’t clean anymore, it takes forever to get your food. We’ve written this location off and suggest everyone just avoid it.

We ordered a 1# and 2# combo (no exceptions just two combos) we were asked to pull up and they would bring them out. Two cars past through the drive through before our food was brought out. The fries were cold and the sandwiches were thrown together. This Jacks had better step it up or it’s doors will be closing.
