I’ve lived in this area for over 10 years. I used to travel for work, this particular Jack’s has always been a favorite. But unfortunately over the several months, the service has been terrible and 100% success rate the order will be wrong. It will also take a long time.

I quit going to Jack’s for a long time because the food and service in Odenville was horrible. Being that it is the only fast food restaurant in town, and one of the very few restaurants in general…that in itself says a lot. We have had a busy couple of weeks and I thought to try it again. I didn’t say anything when we stopped by a few weeks ago and a good portion of the menu was sold out, I just drove 30 minutes to somewhere else. Tried again a few days later and they couldn’t serve soft drinks, we ordered that time, and the food was ok, but definitely not great. It was obvious they don’t have a handle on how to handle inventory. We woke up late today and needed breakfast… breakfast, I thought, should be simple and easy and we could deal with Jack’s one more time, every location is going to have issues some days…

The service at this jacks is probably the worst I have ever been to in Alabama. I get being busy, but it sometimes take close to an hour to just get a few biscuits in the drive through on a Saturday morning. Management should look on ways to be more efficient. Nothing at all fast about this fast food restaurant!!!

Worst experience yet. I been giving chance after chance but tonight it’s ridiculous. First waited forever for the food. Came out to table and the chicken fingers were cold and so were the fries. Inside the chicken was raw. Bowl of mashed potatoes I ordered was ice cold. I decided not to return the food becasue they too busy acting like they didn’t care. Everything was funny to them I guess. Several times I have been in and the night crew is too busy playing and cutting up allowing orders to back up

This location is by far the worst I have ever been too. The food is horrible and they can never get the order right. Yes, they are understaffed but I’m still not understanding why the food can not be cooked correctly. Missing items are still understandable a little but the food man…. Yuck!

Do not go here for dinner. This is not the first time that I have had a problem. My fiancé came through the drive through and ordered a bacon cheese fry and a big bacon. The fries that we received were the equivalent to a kids fry. It was not even the size of a regular fry. We have constantly had problems out of this jacks. I’ve just about had enough.

While visiting Odenville for a cheer camp, we stopped in for a “quick” meal to take on the road with us as we headed back home but even at 8:30 at night on a Thursday it took over 20mins to get our order and it was messy and looked to be literally “thrown together” . The rest of the week we where in town we made sure not to visit this restaurant!
