Stopped at Jacks on exit 149 off I-59 North. Cashier didnt appear to know how tobuse register. Workers just standing around. Been sitting here 10 minutes and still do not have food. People waiting 5 minutes to order. Ridiculous. Not a clean table in the place. Does not appear to be a manager in house. Jacks used to be a good place to stop but hard to find a good one. Flies were bad.

Uncertain about what has happened to Jacks Restaurants over the past few years, it has become what is possibly the most unclean fast food chain in this area. The people in management are complicit to the bad service, bad food, and filthy environment. Hopefully the corporate office will take a hint (which should be very clear from the reviews), and work toward raising the standard in this fast food chain before it sinks.

Absolutely gross! Discusting inside. Employees appeared very unclean. We were asked to pull up to the door even though no one else was in line. After a couple of minutes we were uncomfortable and uneasy about the situation, so we backed back up to the window. We were then greeted with very unhappy employees whom insisted we could not sit infront of the window, which made us even more uncomfortable. So, my fiancé decided to just go on inside to get the order. The restaurant was disgusting and smelled horrible. We were absolutely disgusted at the lack of cleanliness and the unfriendliness of the staff. We wasted $22 because there was no way were about to eat what came out of that kitchen.

Coffee junction restaurant has lots of issues. Manager went off on me about how many hours she had worked and they were 6 people short, there were 8 people behind the counter working. How many people do you need to run a jacks?

It seems that ur management at the moody, al location doesn’t like trucks and the driver’s! And is more on social media on what’s happening in moody bitchin about the trucks parked in the truck parking lot than to service the customers on the inside!!! Telling them she is going to have there trucks towed if not moved by certain time!!

I went to the Alabaster location. Tried to get in the side door but it was locked. So I went around to the front. Walked in and up to the counter and waited for someone to take my order. Four people were behind the counter in a conversation about tattoos. One lady pulled up her sleeve to show the other ladies her new tattoo. Another lady looked my way and kept on talking about the tattoos. I waited for someone to take my order but they kept on talking. I waited a little longer but no one behind the counter took my order or cared to take my order. I left. Poor service poor training. Very sad, I liked Jacks.

They closed the dining room and only had drive thru..when I was doing that line of work in high school in the 80s ..it’s called a rush and you deal with it you don’t shut down the dining area..these kids today are crybabies and can’t cope with stress..this is a building exercise.. quit shutting down dinning area just because low staff..we as a public understand this..you as a company lost my personal patron ship.i will not be back ever..and there are many others like minded with me..good food suck service..I’m done…

zero stars, ordered online and waited over 50 minutes at the location for my order finally cancelled it and after 10 days my card still has not been credited. I’ve been back twice to try to get it straightened out and given the run around both times. ZERO STARS but it wouldn’t post without a star checked.

It shouldn’t take 20 minutes every time I go through the drive through. Linden and demopalis Al. Are the slowest fast food place I’ve ever been at. They all move like molasses at both stores or running their big lip mouths!
