Worst fast food employees I’ve ever ever dealt with! 2 times I’ve been there… 1- waited about 5 or 6 min at the drive through mic when a girl came on and said “we are not talking orders”. They were clearly open. 2- waited 12 minutes at drive through mic, drove by the window (which was open with no employees in sight), went back and around waited another 6 minutes, then told they were out of diet coke after they had changed my credit card. Ugh, get some better help!

I’m not usually one to complain, but this place takes the cake!!! I stood at the counter so long, and no one even acknowledged that I was there. But, I started out in the drive thru…. I felt like the amount of time was sufficient for someone to get my order. So, I started to leave, and thought.. no, they obviously want me to leave. So, I went inside. After sitting at the drive thru speaker for 10 minutes, I sat inside for another 35 minutes before I saw the girl behind the counter put an order down on the counter. She didn’t say, a word. Didn’t call out an order number… nothing. So, I went to the counter and asked her if it was mine. She said yes.

This is Utterly Ridiculous!!!!!! I ordered a BLT Salad with 1000 Island and a strawberry drink. I don’t see any B unless you count that 1/2 strip. I thought BLT stood for Bacon Lettuce Tomato so where is my BT. Every time I come to this particular location my food is never correct. Went thru the drive thru, redeem my free big Jack with purchase of fry and drink.. what a mistake that was…fries were so hard and my big Jack was without anything two pieces of meat on the bun with wilted lettuce and one pickle no cheese terrible experience for it to be a new location…never going back there

Probably best that you don’t go here. Wasn’t told they were out of ham until after my order was taken. The first bite of my steak biscuit had a piece of paper in it. The meat was also almost room temperature and the biscuit had the consistency of microwaved bread. A waste of time and money.

My husband stopped there for breakfast and he got food poisoning. Thats the only thing he has eaten today. I’m glad I was already at work when he got breakfast otherwise we would probably both be sick and it would be much more difficult since we have a baby. Dont eat here seriously.

I’m glad to see Alberta finally progressing after the 2010 tornado…. however, the service at this particular Jack’s was utterly horrible….. every single employee acted as if they had one broken arm and two broken legs…. slowest and laziest bunch of slackers I’ve ever seen!!!
