Alright so anyways we went to order two chocolate milk shakes and an iced tea. The tea was OK. Now listen here a**h***s!!! I waited for about 10 min for my shakes. Then all of a sudden I’m made to pull forward and wait another 6 min. Then the worker comes out and says the other guy making the shakes punched holes and caused them freaking to explode. Then we finally received the shakes, and guess what Sherlock. These had small holes in them and leaked all over my dodge ram Ford f150. The second shake I got was still powdery and not mixed completely so I just left. This place is unbelievably terrible.

It’s Jacks, the people are nice and the food is decent. I go here more for Breakfast than anything. My only complaint with Jacks is they should definitely go back to the old school buns these new burger buns are terrible and that’s why I only eat breakfast here.

awful customer service…first she stood at the register doing some check out work coz sh was done for the day and didn’t acknowledge nor make eye contact…a ‘hello, someone will be right with you’ would’ve been great then after I decided to place my order online, I came back to the counter area to wait near the condiments..no one else was inside…again no acknowledgement. Another gal walks n and righ away cashier asks if she had a big order online..THEN she looks at me and asks if I’ve ordered…my order was late as well…..reaaaallly bad customer service at this location

I hate this place! You can definitely take the “Fast” out of “Fast Food” here. We visit family on the weekends and I sometimes go to Jacks for breakfast for the family. It’s always a bad experience. I’ll give it a few months and try it again because it’s the ONLY place in town. The food is good and the are usually friendly but the wait times are awful.

I visit this establishment quite often.service is slow even at the drive through at times.this morning they only wanted to give me half the cream for my coffee the girl said she could give me the other 4 in powder form wich I can’t stand.2 large coffees by the way.i ask to speak to her manager about the issue and then she threw 6 in a bag.if she would’ve told me when I ordered then I would’ve order a different drink.

Went in tonight and asked nicely if they could please make us fresh chicken,we was willing to wait. The manager I think her name is Hannah refused to make us fresh chicken even though I explained that I’ve had cold chicken in the past. She was rude and had no customer service experience. We live in Addison and because of this we WILL NOT GO BACK EVER!!!!!
