I ordered a number 7 combo from the menu that is above the counter. The menu clearly states that ALL COMBOS INCLUED A DRINK. I have been a regular customer at the Hamilton location since it opened and I have always received a drink with the number 7 combo at no additional charge. I told the girl that was taking my order this and pointed out the sign where it clearly says “includes a drink”. She replied that “it lies” and charged me for a drink anyway. (change the sign or train your people and please try to find some people that actually care about customer service)

The chicken tenders were horribly small. We got a 12 pieces tender that was $16.00 and every one of them were at or under 2 inches long. If i own that buisness i would be embarrassed to give that to anyone. You might as well hand out popcorn chicken and call it a chicken breast.

I love the food at Jack’s and the service is great they have friendly employees who are always ready to help. I had a big order and had my hands full so one of the employees a nice lady offered to help me carry it to the car, I told her I had it but she did open the door for me and that was a big help when you got your hands full. They have the best breakfast in town as far as fast food goes especially the gravy biscuits! I wish they mailed out coupons like Hardee’s does and huddle House but they do have weekly and monthly specials that includes several from breakfast lunch and dinner.

I went thru the drive thru, and I paid $4.36 for the regular fry and regular drink to get the free big jack. The fries tasted ok, and I had a little hash round in with them. The girl taking my order spoke clearly, and the guy at the window was nice. There are some little things they could do to improve, but overall they did well. The customized burger was good and accurate.

I had a grilled chicken sandwich and the fam had chicken tenders. They were all hot and ready right when I paid. The chicken was fresh and juicy! The staff was polite and kind. And it was VERY budget friendly. Sorry, no pics this time. It was devoured pretty quickly.
