We enjoy eating at jacks and love the food! Most experiences was 5 star but I can’t remember a time in the last year that I ordered take out I never got everything I ordered an paid for and if I haven’t got to far when I realize it I’ll go back an catch attitude for wanting what I paid for!!! I do love jacks and it is got southern charm to it just wish it would go back to the way it was!

I have tried this Jack’s location at different times of the day to make sure to give them a fair shake, but each time I stop there the food has been less than mediocre. The fries are either hard or cold or both and the chicken tenders are so small they should be called chicken nugget tenders instead.

Food is good 90% if the time but the waiting is horrible!!!! Was much better before adding the other drive thru! On the other hand, I thank Earnest for always being polite respectful. Here it is two weeks later and once again we’re having to wait! I’ve been in drive thru for 12 minutes and still haven’t made it to the window! I know, at this point it’s my fault to continue coming back

My boyfriend and I have received bad service from jacks since their reopening. Here’s why: we’ve had to sit in the drive thru or stand in lobby for long periods of time, cashiers have been rude either by what they have said to us or by rolling their eyes because we asked for condiments for our food, getting our order wrong but the receipt is right. Also I forgot to tell this, the one who has promoted the constant arguing overl who had to fill the order instead of working as a team,

We ordered to go through the app. They messed up one part of the order and had to remake it, no big deal. However, the meat on the burgers was so salted and peppered that we couldn’t eat them! This is my favorite jacks and I spent over 50 dollars on this order. I’m so disappointed guys.

Slow paced and cold food. Order several meals arpund $100 and then get told 1 minutes later that they had a shift change and didnt have any chicken ready that it will take another 30 minutes. Messed up many orders and then didnt get a few meals (hamburger meal )till about 45 minutes after order. Slow workers!

So very disappointed. On my way to a funeral I figured a quick stop to grab a bite to eat. Jacks is usually fairly consistent between stores, but this store was awful. We were not there during rush hour. There were about 5 people ahead of us (3 groups) From the time we entered until the time we got our food, it was 20 minutes! Asked for cheese on the biscuit and was told they couldn’t do it . Finally got a bacon cheese, opened it, and the whole top was a crumbled mess.The biscuit was delicious. Bacon was not good. Some was burnt and one piece looked raw. The cheese was cold. I was hungry so I just aye it like a pizza. At least I’m rarely in that area so I won’t eat there again. Again, most Jacks are awesome. This one was awful.
