Wonderful place to eat food always good clean and friendly staff. Eat her 2-3 times a week. Great breakfast all Jack stores need to work on grits they are bad or just replace with something else. Lunch and Dinner options are always hot and fresh.

Orders are never right and staff is rude. Staff are constantly bickering with each other over who has responsibility to do what. Very convenient location for us but I’m done with having to return time and time again to get the correct order. Management needs to step up their game as they are getting a bad reputation in the community.

When trying to get myself and my wife a milkshake I was greeted by four employees outside on what I can only assume was a scheduled cigarette break. I placed my order and was greeted at the window by a very kind and well mannered personality, Tracey she took my payment as the phone rang off the hook. I don’t think it is fair for one employee who goes above and beyond to be bearing the burden of running the show while the rest of the “team” is outside getting a buzz. Tracey was by far the best employee I’ve seen at this location which we frequent, I hope she is recognized for her wonderful service!

Well I’ve been here several times before through the drive through & it hasn’t been bad but today my husband & I chose to go inside to eat. We placed our order & when my husband brought it to our table my burger was wrong. I went up there & told her I got the wrong burger & she said that I had ordered that number. I told her no I had ordered the number 2. She had a bad attitude about it & she slung that burger in the trash & told the lady making burgers she needed a bacon burger. Then, she precedes to turn her back & talk about me to this lady. I could hear her. I said if this was the way it was going to be I WONT BE BACK!!!! What ever happened to not arguing with the customers? I won’t be recommending this Jack’s to anyone & I won’t be back!!!

Food is always cold ..Cashier was coughing in her hands then she grabbed a cup and dug in the ice to fix someone’s drink.. Fries were so bad it’s like they were from the day before..This is after waiting in the drive through more than 30 minutes…6:45ish p.m. Another restaurant needs to come here..

Nice workers, and decent service. But the food… Sorry to say but worst Jack’s I’ve ever had. Possibly the worst breakfast I’ve ever paid for. The food tasted like who ever cooked it was dead inside. I mean same, but not tasty. It had obviously been sitting in a warmer for over an hour. I got charged for extra meat on my biscuit but didn’t get any, and they further messed up my order. Sorry but one star to warn passerbys
