This is the first time here and the food was good. The fries fresh, hot and tasty. It was busy and I felt bad for the employees who seemed to be under a lot of stress. The person who took my order was off the clock as well as another employee. Good food just give back to the employees and take some stress off them. Pay them when they work.

I usually use the Florence location but Today I was in the area, thought I would give it a try. I ordered a stack of pancakes with a side of hash browns and a side of eggs, easy right. Well, I felt rushed #1, they pulled me up just to bring my food right out in 6 seconds flat. No syrup for the pancakes, drove back around to be pulled up again so they could bring me 1 little small cup for 3 pancakes. The hash browns were greasy, hard and overcooked. Not a good first time for me, won’t be back to this location

I went to jacks bc I have been at the hospital bc my daughter is having a baby. When I got back to the hospital to eat they give me sausage instead of bacon n didn’t give me my hash brown. Not a happy person right now. Double check ur food be4 u leave. This was the 1st time I been to this Jacks in Sheffield Alabama. I try to call to tell them n no answer went to leave a message. I thought that was strange. I look their number up on google. This is very inconvenient for me. They weren’t tht busy either.

This was the worst restaurant experience ever. I’m very thankful all Jacks aren’t like this. I will know next time to not stop at this one. The cashier was very rude, the manager on duty thought it was funny. They was letting people sit at the drive thru speaker and not taking their orders so they didn’t have to take orders close to closing time. After sitting there for 10 minutes with no response I pulled ahead to the window and she started laughing telling the other workers to pretend they didn’t see me because she was ready to go. Then when I didn’t drive off she started going off talking mess about me with the window open where I could hear. When I asked for the manager they all laughed. The manager walks out of her office and starts laughing. That’s just the short version of the story. It was definitely a experience ill never forget.
