Ordered a chicken dinner that’s was over $25 I’m disappointed, it was just ok. The fries were cold and the chicken was really dry. I had to use a lot of BBQ sauce just to eat it. The slaw was alright, but tasted slightly like the fridge. The biscuits were ok, employees weren’t very friendly and I wish they had offered me some condiments.

Deplorable. On Monday, June 26, 2023, at approximately 2:10 pm (feel free to review your cameras), I went to the Jack’s on Wilson Dam Road in Muscle Shoals, Alabama. The drive through lane were wrapped around so I went inside to get my order to go. There was no one taking orders! A gentleman in front of me left and THEN a lady came to the counter and began taking orders. It ended up being close to FIFTEEN minutes, and after everyone in the restaurant AND the drive through received their orders, I finally received my order.

Food was okay, a little cold. Service from Tabitha was awful. Very nasty attitude for no reason at all when I asked for my drinks from my mobile order. The other employees look uncomfortable working in the atmosphere there. A lady working drive thru complained to me before and said that she was upset because the service could be a lot better if the other employees did their jobs right and I fully agree!!

I like this location, but I ordered doordash via their app and I’m not happy that they didn’t bother to seal the bag of food like most restaurants. Other restaurants seal the bag in a way that makes it obvious if it has been tampered with. It doesn’t help that a part of my sandwich seemed soggy which makes me paranoid that someone messed with my food.

We used the drive-thru at this location. Food was great as usual but missed on the order by not giving us the ranch dressing we requested and coke instead of sweet tea. I had to park and go inside. No biggie…we will stop here again but will check order for correctness before leaving window.

Fries were cold hamburgers were dry and sloppily made had to wait 18 min for order to come out they asked me to pull up someone would bring it out lack of employees although someone was standing in the parking lot taking orders they could have been inside helping to cook or fill orders and the customer could order through the drivethru speaker poor management and or leadership so no not a good experience
