The wait was 15 minutes along with 5 other cars and I got this. It was 3 piece dinner and the Mac and cheese was god awful nasty, so little amount, and cold. The mash potatoes were barley warm and not that great. The chicken is good but there was a huge piece attached I thought was skin but it was just the batter all crusty and hard. I paid 10.50 for this. The staff was nice and that was about it. I won’t be back.

We, my wife and I, have eaten at this Jack’s for many years and always go back. Yes, the faces change, but the service and the food stay consistently good. The prices, though a little higher, are still good. Occasionally, we will use the app to order two chicken diners to go and pick them up at the drive-through. We have never gad a problem. It is all well worth a visit.

The customer service here is absolutely horrible, every time that we go here. They’re rude and ignore you if you talk. Also they cut you off at the speaker when you’re still talking, to tell you to pull up to the window to pay. My Mac and cheese was like two bites worth and it also had a hair in it. Also never give you the sauces that you ask for. Multiple bad experiences here over the same things every time.

First time I’ve been in one. It’s nothing special, Just another fast food place that’s slow. Not sure why they are all still called fast food restaurants. And slow as a good Restaurant and the price is now about the same. Might as well just go to your best restaurant you love and put them all out of business.

I just wanted the basic service that this establishment provides. I arrived at this location 20 minutes after their opening time & waited at the order screen for 15 minutes while watching a Jack’s employee stand outside & smoke a cigarette. I proceeded to wait 5 more minutes and then pulled around to the pickup window where I blew the horn at the people who kept walking by the window. After 5 more minutes, I called the store, and there was no answer. I blew the horn, and then the African American lady with dred locks came to the window and just opened it. She didn’t say anything, just looked. I proceeded to tell her that I had been waiting a long time with them, and no one serviced me even though they had seen me. Her reply was, “So you want to order. At the minimum, I was expecting an apology, I just told her I think I’ll pass. Customer service gets a zero
