THIS was EXACTLY how they cooked my 7 year old’s TATER TOTS!!! He nearly vomited and so did I. I called the manager to let him know what a horrible meal we had received and he said “sometimes that happens”. My thought is, IF IT HAPPENS, DON’T SERVE IT TO YOUR CUSTOMERS! Embarrassing.

The sweet tea is TERRIBLE. Just stop selling it. The tea tastes like what I imagine how a drunk werewolf’s urine would taste. Jack’s would be better off not offering sweet tea than risking someone dying from drinking it. Don’t bother offering me a free replacement beverage. I won’t be coming back.
