11/12/22. On most of my visits, there’s always something wrong with a drive through order. You’d think out of common sense, ordering a 4 piece meal would include at least a ‘small fry’s” amount of fries + the amount of sauces requested. Half the time they’re undercooked and/or soggy, Like eating a raw potato. Sorry for this. Sometimes their food’s good though.

I arrived right after 5 A.M. and was absolutely dying for dinner. I work nightshift so eggs make up 85% of my dinner diet. Upon being told they only had breakfast items, I asked if I could wait on 4 chicken sandwiches. They assured me it was no problem and had my food out in less than ten minutes! They never made me feel like I bothered them, and considering I asked for something that wasn’t ready at the time, that’s a serious plus! Thanks for making my morning better!

I came through the drive-thru around 4:00 p.m. and the guy on the speaker. It’s very nice and patient. And when I came to the window he was still very kind and had a conversation with me. Great person. There needs to be more people like him in all the drive-throughs. Don’t know his name but he had Carly Short brown hair and The nicest person I have met in a drive-thru. You have a good person working for you.

So my first breakfast order was Through the drive through my daughter’s chicken biscuit was raw I pulled in a parking space went in and I informed the cashier she agreed to replace it so we waited almost a hour with multiple employees walking around talking the drive through cashier said o your still hear I informed her my daughter’s chicken biscuit was raw and we had been waiting a hr for a replacement and she instantly went to the back and got it ! The manager was informed and took my info and offered a meal for free witch I never went back to get this morning I go order a sausage cheese tomato biscuit meal and my son a single gravy and biscuit meal get home they didn’t put hash browns in the bag ! That’s basically what I went for he loves hash browns! I no myself that mistakes can be made I have worked fast food and served but this is my last time going to this location the cashier’ in the drive thru dropped my card it went under my car with a line full of people I was trying to lay down on the ground to get my card it’s always something at this location ! The employees are not friendly and rude so I will not be returning!

We went in right after they stopped serving breakfast and the cashier made me a fresh pot of coffee and we ordered the fried bologna melt which was delicious, everything was clean everyone seemed to be working together and enjoying one another. Great customer service
