The service at this particular jacks has been AWFUL in the past few months. I went through the drive thru. I pulled up from the window to make sure my order was all there bc it is very rare that all of my order is ever completed. When doing so I noticed only one of my eggs being there. I looked at the receipt to find out they charged me for one side order of two eggs. I went into the store to ask if I could have my other side order of eggs that I was willing to pay for since they gave me BIRD FOOD and were calling it TWO EGGS. The woman who was running the front counter gave me an awful look as she does everytime I come in because once again my order was messed up. I went without my second order of eggs because of her horrible attitude. Only to find out my 3 breakfast burritos were also made with scraps. I’ve worked in fast food before and I know it can be hectic but with the continued attitude from this woman and the constant disappointment from always having to go back in after I waited in a line for 25 or more minutes I decided to write a review. It seems like Jacks in henagar need new managers. The only manager i’ve ever received great service from is Starla Bass and i’m not quite sure she even works there anymore. This place needs a re-up on customer service and how to properly make the food with the correct proportion!!

This particular Jack’s restaurant, is right on when it comes to service. You usually do not have to wait, very long. The only reason to get us three star , not very clean. Very seldom, is someone policing the tables.

All I can say is, check your order carefully. I ordered 15 assorted biscuits, dealt with a somewhat confused employee, then paid over $40, had to pull up and wait,drove 15 miles back to my rental to discover I had four biscuits to feed 10 people.

Slower than a busy Logan’s on Mother’s Day with one cook and two servers. If you don’t mind waiting and have nothing to do, this place is for you. The last two times I ordered in the drive-thru I waited 25 minutes with a few cars in front of me. Today there were about 7-8 cars in line so I thought it would be quicker to go inside to order. Boy was I wrong! For 15 minutes the older female manager was bullying her younger female employees by yelling derogatory and threatening things at them. I was embarrassed for those young girls. What a sorry display of leadership in management. So sad for a restaurant that was great just a couple of years ago. I’ll never stop at this Jack’s again.

Grew up eating there every morning with my grandparents, but at this point they owe me money. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone, you will not get the food you ordered even if you go back through the line. Dirty crackheads are usually working or kids who have no idea what they are doing. Needs new management and a whole new staff. I live just down the road and theres not many options for fast food and this keeps up then there will be even less.
