Although it was busy for lunch the service was much slower than expected because everyone had to ask for anything they needed , ketchup, Forks extra . We were not greeted with a smile. It seemed like the cashier was not having a good day . The food was good and served hot and fresh . The grounds were littered with cigarette butts and other trash . The outside dining area needed sweeping . The pole used to change the lettering was stored in the outside dining area . It was kinda of mess . There was a unoccupied pickup parked just outside the front door .

Out of bone in chicken, out of mashed potatoes, parked and waited for fresh tenders (which is fine), but I moved closer so the person didn’t have to walk far in the rain. The girl just stuck my food over the railing and made me get out! That’s not how this is supposed to go!

I’ve been here three times, with ample time between. Same issues. Food is cold, bread is stale, fries undercooked. I visited a Jack’s in another city, and it was REALLY GOOD! I don’t know who’s running this one, but it ain’t it.

We waited in line for 7 mins before anyone even act knowledge we was even standin there and that was the lady making the biscuits. It took the cashier another 3 minutes before she even looked up to come our way to take our order very poor employee service

Love the cheeseburgers and the fried chicken. The French fries are undercooked every time I visit the Troy location. Other Jack’s locations cook their French fries. Only negative I have, but it’s a big one when I can never eat the fries I ordered..
