Fries were soggy, half-cooked, and had no seasoning on them at all. Soda was 80% carbonation. Since the fries are the only reason I eat at Jack’s I definitely won’t be going back to this location. Jack’s is one of the only fast food places around that has high standards, but I guess this location missed the memo.

Y’all couldn’t get an order right to save your lives. Ordered a country fried steak plate with double mashed potatoes and gravy, the FIRST time it came out there was NO GRAVY on anything. Got it home, and it’s not country fried steak, it’s hamburger steak, and there’s not even a biscuit with it.
