I love the food from jacks always have except their fries. I would love to get some fries that are actually cooked. I love fries with my burger or chicken but I don’t order then anymore neither does my husband or my kids because they are never done. Please it wouldn’t take just a few more minutes of their time to leave them in that hot grease to get good done hot crispy fries. Other than that I like jacks especially the breakfast and sweet tea.

jacks on 278 east, The BBQ burger was a small jack burger with very little BBQ and lots of wet pickles, looking nasty. But the taste was worse. Took it back but didn’t want food there, so wanted two milk shakes that I was told will be ok. But the man manager thought he owned the place and only gave me one shake and was rude about that. Never will I go there again.

I’m not from an area that has a Jack’s so I thought I’d give it a try. The restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly but the food was just ok. The chicken was decent but could have been crispier. The fries were under done. I will say the chocolate milkshake was solid but it wasn’t blended enough and I ended up needing a spoon instead of a straw. Overall it was ok, but I’m not sad that they don’t have any in my neck of the woods.

Most jacks are not real clean anymore. They say covid, cant get help, and many others reasons. This location was nice, clean and seemed staffed. If the jacks locations are not better monitored, the will be the next Hardee’s.

Never heard of this place until I traveled to Alabama, walked in and was greeted by a man that seemed to be glad to have his job did the while process amd went on with out night, we returned 2 days later only be very talked to like we were straight trash by a very rude very unpleasant unhappy woman, she was rude to others also, I wish I would have got her name, when we walked in the door the first thing she said was are yall gonna stay all night again then when I made a comment she acted like I stole her paycheck or something, she made the visit very unpleasant and I hope that the owners can find it in their hearts to terminate her rude self
