After waiting in the line for 35 minutes for 4 milkshakes all the milkshakes were the wrong size. The milkshake was pouring over the side and no napkins were given to wipe them off. No receipt was given so I have no idea if the order was rang up correct. Every time I go to this Jack’s my order is wrong and the wait is long for no foreseen reason. Highly recommend skipping this location.

These Jacks should change their logo at the drive in to: “ Please pull forward and we will bring it out”. It doesn’t matter what time of day our what you order it’s the same response. This past weekend I stopped by for a sausage biscuit as I was handling my card to the lady ,I heard in the background have him pull forward. After 5 minutes of waiting I left with ONLY my drink. Jacks must only allow people to set at the window for 10 seconds. Me and the wife stopped by for a shake a few weeks earlier, same response after waiting for 5 minutes I walked in and our shakes was setting on the counter and melting. So much for fast food. What a joke

I understand it was a little close to closing time. My Wife and I went through and ordered 2 4 piece chicken strip boxes. We had to wait for the strips ( which was fine but everything was cold. Also in one of the boxes there was black hairs. I honestly don’t think We’ll ever eat at this particular restaurant again

The Jack’s in Slocomb was okay, but I was not overly impressed. The food was average. The store was clean and the staff were polite and friendly. It just did not impress me for some reason. But, it is a place to eat for Slocomb so maybe that counts for something.

It seems that every time I go, I end up with an above-average wait. I ran to Jack’s to grab something quick and easy. Since there were 4 vehicles in the drive-thru line, I went inside. There were no customers waiting at the counter so I thought it would be pretty fast. My mistake. The super nice lady told me, once I ordered, that there would be an 8 minute wait on my wings. I ordered two 3-piece wing snacks. After a few minutes of waiting, she then said it would be a 15-minute wait instead. It eventually ended up being a nearly 25-minute wait. So much for quick. However, the young lady taking my order was very nice and tried her best.
