I was pleasantly surprised, but I had never been to Jack’s in the South. I’m used to a Jack in the Box, which I have to say is totally different. The chicken I have to say was very good loved the apple pie as well. For sure, visit Jack’s again. And the plus was the pricing!!

We was told to pull forward at drive thru..after almost 20 minutes my friend had to go in and get the orders herself off the counter that was sitting in front of the Manager and her other employee that was supposed to bring it out to us..they forgot to bring it out because they were leaning on the counter talking about nothing to do with the restaurant!!!!! Didn’t even get an apology, matter of fact management made a smart remark because she was upset Food is usually good but the service and wait is horrible They need a new Manager

5 + times this has happened- Never have ranch!! Even when you can clearly see the huge tub of it made in the back- they are too lazy to go scoop some into cups for you.. IF they do they seem bothered to do it. We are PAYING CUSTOMERS… Would GLADLY pay extra for it! NOT trying to get anything for free. My problem is there always seems to be tons of workers in there- all standing around talking, laughing & joking with each other, why can’t anyone make up cups of ranch? Half the time their even out of their ‘comeback sauce’. Can’t count the times I have ordered a salad (which I love) & asked for ranch only to be told after paying for the food- ‘we’re out of ranch’ Ok, thanks, I wouldn’t have gotten a salad if I’d known. Even heard the I think ‘manager’ complaining about people wanting sauces.. The attitudes/service is awful. Ridiculous!!

Had to wait 17 minutes after paying for food. No croutons available in spite of asking and being told yes that they did have them. . I think the employee was too lazy to go to the back to get them. Got home food was okay. Just okay. Can’t say anything else
