Stopped in and grab some dinner on the way through. The restaurant was slammed inside and in the drive-thru. Even though it took a minute to get the food, the manager and the rest of the staff was hustling and they were extremely friendly. Will definitely stop back in again! Keep up the good work!!

I arrived at 0545 pm and Departed at 0606 pm. I never got to place my order because I First, wasn’t even acknowledged. Second, the crew was confused on what orders were filled and what still needed to be filled. Finally, two managers were behind a plexiglass window talking never looking up to see what was happening in their store. I drive tractor trailers for living and finding a place to park for a meall is difficult but I will never stop at this facility again and if this is the service that others receive, I recommend nobody stop at this facility.

Waiting 45 minutes just to order. While waiting I watched the person taking order continually touching her mouth and wiping her nose with her bare hands. Then handling people’s drinks and food. Disgusted I asked for a manager, 4 times. I was ignored by the manager. I was very excited to have Jack’s come to our small town. Now I’m waiting for it to close shop so we can get something else in its place. So sad.

I live in Chunchula so we are about 15 minutes away…the last three times we have went to eat there..al three times it took us 30 minutes or longer to get our food. The second time we visited we were missing items from our order. The first time we visited the “lack of caring workers” were rude to the customers as we stood and watched. The young girl that was rude got so mad she clocked out and walked and told the manager she didn’t care if she got wrote up. There is only one cashier up front and one bagging for both inside and out and management is awful. Hire some people that care about their food and job. This has made me not wanna go back at all.

We were reading the reviews and almost didn’t stop here because it was rated so low, but we ended up stopping and I have to say I disagree with the bad reviews. It could’ve been because we were there around 1:15 PM but it wasn’t busy at all and they were very quick getting our food and drinks for us, and very nice through the drive thru.

This was perhaps the worst restaurant experience I have ever had. I worked fast food, I’m not a difficult customer, but I saw Jesus at this Jacks because I was so angry at how horrendous it was. Not only was the wait 30 minutes, we were ignored. I bagged the order myself because I could not watch the cashier struggle with the bag for another five minutes. I genuinely wondered if he was under the influence because he moved so slowly and could not comprehend much of what was said. They were clearly understaffed, which I don’t hold against them, but they were rude and had no sense of urgency. I would have asked for a refund if I thought I would not have been there for an additional hour because of it. Please go somewhere else for your own mental health.

This is one of the worst places I have been. They are way too slow. If you have 30 minutes you want to waste, then this is the drive thru you want to visit. Going inside is not any better. The last Jacks I went to was in Citronelle, AL. We went inside. The girl at the front was told she could only take two orders at a time, while there was a line out the door. This place has good food, but the service is severely lacking. Save yourself the aggravation and go somewhere else.

Should have listened to the reviews. Horrible cashiers, and the manager is completely overwhelmed. The food is good though. Breakfast is anyway. Haven’t tried lunch. The manager was really nice though. She just seems overwhelmed with the cashiers always getting the orders wrong, and having to issue refunds.

When they first opened the service was really good. Went there today to order breakfast at 10 am. Wanted The bologna Sandwich they don’t serve it any more, yet it’s on road signs, signs all over the building. So ordered Breakfast platter and was told oh we not serving breakfast no more breakfast only lunch. Even though they were supposed to be serving to 11. She was rude as heck about it all. Told her nevermind I’ll go to Hardee’s where they ARE SERVING BREAKFAST and treat you like a Customer who is worth paying.

Just left the drive through. Ordered a few things. For the deluxe breakffast no hash browns, no plastic ware amd no napkins. The rest of the order was fine. No time to turn back as we were heading out. Also, one time i ordered a double cheeseburger/ no pickle. There was pickle on it. I took the pickle off and it must have been old puckle. It ruined the cheeseburger The whole thing tasted bad. There has been other times i have been there and there was issues every time. I was excited to get someplace new in Citronelle, however, every time I go there’s something messed up. I am not going anymore.
