This is the slowest FAST food restaurant in the country. Sat in the drive thru for 40 minutes with only 2 cars ahead of me. Ordered my food and upon checking my order I didn’t receive my large fry and a 3 pc chicken tender. Had to wait another 20 minutes for those things. The management, although nice, was very dismissive and the workers underneath her seemed undertrained.

Off main road. Cashier was friendly. Had to eat outside because it was so cold inside. Fries were cold when we got them. Chicken was good though. Mashed potatoes and gravy needed salt and more gravy.

Went to Jacks in Ooltowa, TN. There were people eating inside, but all of the doors were locked. I walked up to the drive thru window and asked why they were closed for inside eating. I was told that they were short of staff.

Waited in drive thru for 30 minutes to get double gravy biscuits with very little “old” gravy on them. Hash browns tasted like they weee cooked in old oil and both of the buttered biscuits was crumbled like someone wadded them up. Very disappointing and not up to the Jacks standard.

Service is extremely SLOW! For 2nd time in about 10 days they still have no chocolate shakes. I ordered 2 shakes and burger….they told me to pull ahead my biscuits were not ready yet. WTH???

I’ve eaten at this location several times with zero issues. This visit, I had to beg somebody to take my order. Two of the managers were at the counter with their backs turned away from me. They were talking to several associates. I asked several times for someone to ring me up. Finally they both turned toward me and it made me feel like I was interrupting a meeting. I probably won’t return to this location. This crew needs to get some retraining in guest services. I’m speaking as a career retail manager! I expect better.

Went for a quick bite. Burger and fries. My fries were cold and over salted, and the burger was cold. The cheese wasn’t melted and the bun was a little hard cause it seemed cold. Overall the taste was good. The service was cold also. No one really greeted us as we entered.

People were great, atmosphere is comfortable. The restaurant is really clean with cool decor. I like that it’s different from a lot of similar restaurants in that it’s not all bright, plasticky whites. I got the chicken sandwich with a regular chocolate shake. The shake was good- nice and rich. The chicken in the sandwich was good, though the inside of my bun was burned. It looked like they typically toast the inside of the buns, which can be really tasty, but this one might have gone just a bit too long. All that being said, we still liked what we got enough that we’ll definitely be going back.

Amazing food but the wait and the poor customer service is insane. I’ve come through on multiple occasions where the staff is just rude and the wait time for one meal takes 30 minutes. And don’t bother getting a milkshake it will add another 20 minutes.
