They pulled us up to wait for fries that tasted like they have been sitting on the counter thawing for 2 days, the chicken sandwich was dry, they forgot the pie and they argued with us when we came back for the pie. This is not the first time any of this has happened, would not recommend! And don’t try calling it getting in touch with a manager bc they’ll have an attitude worse than the workers!

The cashier was very rude and argued with me that what I was ordering was the wrong thing. She also gave me the wrong item and charged me for the wrong thing the whole time I was trying to tell her that what she rang up was not the right item that I wanted.

I ordered the new item the buffalo chicken tenders they didn’t put any Buffalo sauce ….. all the food was just kind of gross the chicken was super salty the fries had no seasoning at all. I went here because they wasn’t busy at the time every time I go to Jack’s it ends up being bad think I’m going to quit going all around seems to be the same kind of service in every town.

I have never had a bad experience at a Jack’s until today in Brownsville, Tn. Ordered a breaded chicken sandwich. After 30 mins. no word from anybody. I asked for my money back. Money was refunded and I was told to have a good day. Never was told any information about the status of the sandwich. Their attitude was like we can care less about you as a customer. This seems to be the norm for nowadays.

Got the 8 PC box and only got one of these for 2 large sides. I had asked for an extra gravy so I had to ask again. They put a tiny bit in a bowl. Didn’t realize til we got home that they had put the same tiny amount in both bowls… SMH. Everyone was too busy playing and cutting up.
