Also there’s 0% urgency to serve their customers and it seems that each employee has a vary specific job and there’s no helping each other out. Only One
So I wish this place would get its stuff together. I have tried 3 times no consistency. Each time ordered a Big BLT. The first one was so perfect it made me moan. The second one was 2 pieces of bacon a tomato and lettuce on a hamburger bun and the 3rd (today) was on Texas toast with bacon and tomato. Really the name is the sandwich!!! How hard is this? And I can never get a shake so I end up just losing that money ordering mobile. I just give up on this place.

Went to get a milkshake and waited in drive thru line for 10 minutes no one came to to speaker went inside and no one said anything to me. I had to say something before they even knew I was there. When someone came to the register I was told they were out of milk. Just another McDonald’s

Normally Jacks food is good. When i go to the location in covington TN tje expirence is almost neber good. I was served a cold burger on a cold bun. They remade it. I waited and waited , then they forgot to bring it out to me. The second burger was made wrong . They refunded my money. The manager on duty wasnt friendly at all.
