Great spot for a full plate of inexpensive breakfast items. The grits are a bit more watery than I prefer but for the price it’s hard to beat. The lady working the register was nice and my meal was trayed up fast. Even with a lobby of dining patrons the trash was maintained and the place was clean enough you don’t have to look too far to find a place to sit and eat.

Placed order online and still ended up waiting 15 minutes after our expected ready time to get our order. The drive through and inside dining were both empty. The chicken and potatoes were nice and hot but the biscuits and fries were cold. I had the strawberry lemonade shake and it was amazing. Pretty sure this location has the best biscuits in town.

I love Jack’s and I will go back again. Employees need help with getting orders taken faster so cooks can get busy. Please don’t be mad at your employees! Help them to be faster. You were out of lemon pie! Do not let that happen again! I got an apple pie even though it was marked strawberry on the box! I took my pie with me to eat later.or this would have been an easy fix.

Ordered online 8/15/2023 at 8pm, went at 8:30 pm to pick up order and all the outside lights were off and the employees were sitting outside. When told there was an online order they jumped up and stated it wasn’t ready. They didn’t have Ranch dressing for the salad, forgot to put the fries with the order and then stated they were out of ice cream and couldn’t make either shake that was ordered.

I don’t go into any restaurant anymore with high expectations of having good service or a pleasant experience so Jack’s truly was a surprise! This was my first time eating at a Jack’s restaurant and the young lady who served us, Key Anna, was sweet and answered my questions with an amazing attitude! The restaurant was clean and felt welcoming and the food was hot and delicious! I will definitely be returning!
