Three piece fried chicken (Breast, Thigh, and Wing), with Green Beans and Mashed Potatoes. Also came with a biscuit, which was in the oven at the time of the picture. Some of the best fried chicken I’ve had in memory, and the sides compliment it well.

If u r going to lie to a Customer, make sure they don’t come in the store. You said, you only had 2 flavors of ice cream and turn to find out? You had 5 flavors, don’t lie, you will get caught. Plus it took me 20 minutes to get 3 scoops of ice cream

This is my second review of Jack’s in Greenwood. I stop by the drive thru at least 3 times a week to pick up breakfast for me and a coworker. Heck, some of the ladies know who I am as soon as I place my order! The staff is always generally very friendly.

I only get to experience Jack”s in Texas and today I was ecstatic to see one in Greensboro. I persuaded the grandkids to go instead of the competition. BIG MISTAKE!! The chicken fingers fried extremely too hard. The chicken sandwich microwaved too long and the employees just RUDE!!

Young woman at the window that took payment and gave me my order said there was no more bbq sauce and then I hear the manager telling her to go get the bbq sauce I do not know why she’s working there if she’s not willing to go get condiments for customers and instead she responds by saying they are out of them, it just blows my mind how someone could be so lazy, very bad customer service, and salutes to the manager for calling her out
