My fiance and I stopped here on our honeymoon to try something different and the staff was rude and the food was poorly proportioned and not warm. When we walked in the lady at the register got snippy with my fiance when he went to order and then we stood there waiting 5 minutes before being asked to order. I ordered and they didn’t have what I wanted then when I asked for a strawberry cream cheese pie I was told there would be a wait and I said okay that’s fine and come to find out she decided not to put that on our order. I’m not one to complain but very poor service! Highly do not recommend.

No one in the dining room around 7:30pm. 2 people ahead of us. We waited and waited but no one even acknowledge us.Cashier didn’t say “be with you shortly, welcome to Jack’s, we’re having issues or anything. A lady came in with a drive through order that was wrong and nobody waited on her either so she left. Three employees just standing around so we just walked out. That’s unfortunate for a new business.

What a terrible experience today. Ordered 2 breakfast value meals; chicken biscuit & big BACON bfast sandwich. 1 w/Coke, 1 w/coffee. Received 1 big SAUSAGE bfast sandwich w/Coke meal, and 1 chicken biscuit ‘standard’ with another Coke. No hash browns, no Coffee. Fixed drink order at window; while waiting on Coffee to brew, discovered SAUSAGE sandwich & missing hash browns, & went inside to request corrections. I was met with attitude by the associate at the window shouting across the store that she did not charge me for the hash browns. No apology, no correction, no offer to sell me hash browns, and no comment on the sandwich mistake. I had to eat the Sausage sandwich, and share my hash browns with my wife. I can overlook mistakes, but the mistakes were not acknowledged, much less apologized for. It seems this store regularly has these types issues and has garnered a bad reputation in town as a result. My wife and I will not be returning. Next time we’ll go next door to the brand new Popeye’s Chicken franchise that just opened. Very disappointing, especially since my name is also JACK.

This morning I chose drive thru and they lady (NyKela) that took my order was very rude. While I was placing my order, she kept asking, “is that all?” As is she was rushing me with my order. ATTITUDE WAS JUST NASTY, and yes you very well could tell thru her tone. I asked for light ice and ended up with a cup full of ice. I went back in and asked for my drink with light ice she had some kind of facial expression .

Waited for my food in my vehicle for approximately 30 minutes! This, all the while, made even worse by not one occasion but TWO times where they brought me the INCORRECT order! Additionally, upon receipt of correct order, they FAILED to include spoons that I specifically requested (due to recent personal tooth extraction).

The #1 was tasteless. All you could taste were the condiments! An over flow of mustard! But the chicken was sorta decent. It’s my favorite kind of chicken but it had a chemical taste to it. Like cleaner or dish soap. And my kiddies did not get a treat for their kids meal. And was the same price as a snack pack with 3 pieces

THE BEST TASTING CHICKEN I HAVE EVER HAD, KENTUCKY FRIED CHICKEN CANNOT EVEN COMPARE TO JACK’S DEEP FRIED CHICKEN, OMG, THE COLONEL WOULD TURN ON HIS HEAD IN THE GRAVE IF HE ONLY KNEW THAT JACK’S RESTAURANT HAD BESTED HIS LEGACY!!!
