I use to love eating here and the food has never been the issue. Recently since coming to this location the drive through workers during lunch have the worst attitudes or simply just won’t speak. Today i was lucky enough to hear the workers talking about me and getting upset that i asked for ranch. Hopefully this place can find people more capable and willing to work.

I don’t even think they deserve one star! TERRIBLE SERVICE! food is always fresh but burns my mouth and takes 20 minutes to cool! are they trying to make people get hurt? one time they didn’t give me my fries and i waited for 10 minutes at the window for someone to notice me and then she roughly gave me my fries with a attitude! The woman was so rude and the men are always nice but it is rare for you to get a nice worker! I DO NOT RECOMMEND! DONT GO THERE

We went through the drive through around the hours of 8:40 and 9:00 AM. The attitude was absolutely ridiculous and was over me asking for a “plain chicken biscuit”. This was my first time at this location, so I felt it best to specify what I wanted exactly. Claimed I “rolled my eyes” which I did, not realizing there was a camera at the drive thru window but it’s not like that wasn’t a valid response. I didn’t order a side of sass with my biscuits.

Tried to get lunch. The employees left a dining room full of customers just standing there for 25 mins while they continued to fill drive through orders, without even acknowledging the room full of customers. The lady got a nasty attitude myself and about 10 other people eventually just walked out empty handed….

Visit this Jack’s 3-4 times a week. This morning was refused drive through service because “we scared of dogs” who was contained in the back seat of my suv. “Oh well, you can come inside”. No thanks. Plenty of other places to eat.

We went through the drive thru and the lady mumbled “Jacks”. She didn’t converse or say “can I help you”, as we were ordering we couldn’t tell if anyone was really there and when she did speak she acted put off. We couldn’t understand the total and when we got to the window the lady put her hand out and mumbled the total again. She handed my husband the change with no comments then just shoved our drinks out the window, again with no communication. She was gracious enough to shove our food out the window and mumble “thank you”. This stride has been an ongoing and increasing thing. We will not be back, Chic-fil-A at least speaks clearly and smiles.

I went through the drive through line at around 11:40ish and I sat at the speaker for like 3 minutes without hearing anything and i didn’t want to be rude and yell to get my order taken if they were just busy, but the line started to get long so I said hello and was told “I was waiting on you ma’am” For 3 minutes??? Then I get to the window and the lady at the window didn’t say anything so I handed her my card and grabbed my drink (just like I do everyday I eat there bc I work next door) and as the window shuts I hear her yelling about how I snatched it from her.. so I’m confused and comfortable at this point so I grab my food without even thinking about anything but leaving and say thank you go to drive off and she says something along the lines if “so you’re gonna drive off without your card after snatching that bag” and I’m now arguing with this woman at the window about snatching and she’s yelling at me… I have never in my life experienced something so ridiculous. So I call and talk to the manager who obviously has an attitude and is “sorry about that” and was “standing right there”…. Then you should also know that it was not the way you treat anyone much less a customer. No one made these people pick that job… do better.
