I had the bbq plate for lunch. It comes with slaw, baked beans, potato salad, and a bun. That combined with a bottle of water, totaled $9.60. The prices aren’t high, they’re actually comparable to any other restaurant. The plate has a lot of food piled on it, and should be more than enough to fill you up. Eating all of it will likely put you on the path to feeling miserable, but it’s worth it. Everything tasted great, and service was friendly. The facility seems far out of town, but it takes no more time than being stuck at a few red lights.

What a great find! During a family outing to Chickasaw State Park we came upon Hilton’s Jack Creek BBQ. Immediately I noticed they had over 60 maps reviews and a 4+ star rating and asked, hey family how about BBQ for lunch and the family immediately sounded in unison YES!

Wow, so very disappointed. Wish I could leave less than one star. The sandwich was dry and awful, the cold nachos had a disgusting yellow sludge poured from some can!!! Most importantly, the woman behind the counter was so loaded, she slurred and slept through her job. The 2 men were not much better. A sweet older Veteran was there ordering too and the staff was curt and cold towards him. What a sad place to eat … our hard earned money wasted. Had to go home and eat some toast.

Have been eating here for years and still find it to be the best I’ve ever had. The barbecue is soft and tender, the slaw is just right, and the sauce is fantastic. This is coming from someone who has sampled the best all over the country. I drive 30 miles out of my way to eat here and almost always get an extra for the road. Don’t miss this place. You’ll enjoy the friendly people as well.

We used to really enjoy driving here to eat, or to grab a BBQ family pack to go. I heard it was open and stopped in. Wasn’t quite as good as I remember… I eat BBQ at least once a week, and sometimes more. Plus we do our own whole hog BBQ once a year, so I’m a little picky when it comes to good BBQ. This was just ok. I would eat here again if I’m working in the area, but wouldn’t make a special trip.
