The burgers were literally the size of my big toe, all I tasted was stale bread and one itty bitty bite of beef. If you’re passing through, skip it. You’re better off going to McDonald’s.

I always stop and visit Jack’s on my way from Savannah to Atlanta and receive excellent customer service. Today was the exception because the older gentlemen was extremely rude and didn’t hold his head up to acknowledge us. The lady stated they had a big order and it would be a minute before they could service us. She didn’t provide an estimate time so I asked and she said 10-12 minutes. The older gentleman kept shaking his head like we were bothering them so we left out without ordering. I will never stop in this establishment again because of the service I received.

Was in Dublin on business. Was recommended by the locals. I ordered a double and a chili dog.the hamburger was ok. It was about room temperature. It tasted very average. The chili on the dog tasted very similar to Hormel canned chili. NOT GOOD!

This place is evidently some sort of Dublin landmark, but I just don’t get the appeal. The burger-to-bun ratio was disappointing. See photo. Folks working there were friendly, but the food was *not* good. Chewy little meatball on a dinner roll. Literally. I am baffled by all the outstanding reviews of this place.
