I hate having to write this review, I don’t write many. But please, can you do better? I enjoyed going to u guys to eat, but I’d say the last 4 or 5 times I’ve come back to eat, every time the food has tasted stale n not fresh. I’ve gotten the breakfast burrito n the Tortilla was dry n stale, got hamburger n the bread was stale, got the fries n the fries tasted as if they have been sitting there n then warmed up again. Please go back to making your food better and fresh. . I keep coming back thinking that will change and maybe it was just that day but it continues to happen.

A couple of days ago I decided to go to one of my little favorite spots and grab a Double bacon BLT combo I didn’t notice that I was charged twice for my order, and I wasn’t happy when I noticed that I had been charged twice ,and I on my way to work so I couldn’t actually go back. But when I called the management there, they were apologetic for the era and told me that I was more than welcome to come back and received my refund. So I didn’t go back until the day after, and I was greeted with apologies. I was also asked if I wanted something. I stated no when I got to the window? I said, “Let’s just go ahead and give me another BLT combo well with receiving my fresh order.” I also received my money back. I thought that was the sweetest thing that anybody had ever done for me. so yes, Jack junior double bacon BLT combo and the pastrami burger is the BIZZNESS . Thanks to the management at Jack’s. Your company is the best for such integrity. It is very much appreciated, and you definitely made my day, so I’ll definitely be coming back again and again.

Very, clean nice people they have a very large menu. My sister said her onion rings were very good. I ordered chili fries easy on the cheese ,with chopped onions. Well these were the worst chili fries I ever had. The problem was the chili, this was not chili. It tasted like Ketchup with black pepper, and it look like a Gel of some sort they made up there selfs. They put so much cheese on top. My sister tasted it. She said it taste like they had liquid cheese on the bottom. I was sorry I ordered that. If you go try them skip the chili fries. Maybe try something else. They had Teriyaki chicken and teriyaki beef and teriyaki shrimp with rice and sauce and salad. I started to order that. The price was 9.00 for chicken and 10.00 for beef and shrimp Teriyaki 9.00 I thought I would place it safe and ordered chili fries. Not a good choice.

Food use to be good, not anymore. Ordered a breakfast burrito with everything. Not much meat, alot of hash brown. Use to get salsa, now get hot sauce packets. Avoid this place, plus constantly raising prices and skimping on the food and quality.
