I came into Jack’s for lunch and had a pleasant experience. It was definitely busy and I ended up waiting about 25 mins for my sandwich. I am happy to report that my sandwich was delicious! I got the dirty bird and the sandwich was super fresh and hot when it got to me. The service was friendly and I will be returning to try some of the cold sandwiches!

Recently visited for the first time, and I must say that my experience was above reproach. The new GM, Trevor Randolph was extremely kind, attentive and professional. The quality of the food and service are a direct representation of the leadership he and his team displays. This type of management is the reason as to why the establishment is doing so well. I will definitely recommend to others and will frequent back soon.

Disappointed is an understatement! I was told by a co-worker to give this place a try for a good fulfilling breakfast….. Wrong. The portion size is an utter letdown, to say the least. I am assuming it was 2 pieces of bread cut in half 2eggs and a few pieces of bacon. For the price, I am highly dissatisfied and can’t in good faith send my co-workers or anyone else back here. 12+ dollars for this??? Even Cracker Barrel is more satisfying from a portion stand point. Being fully transparent the service was good and the taste was ok, just still hungry after having such high expectations…. Unfortunately, I will not be returning when I come in town again.

If you wish to be fondle while here and then have someone smile at you like nothing happened, this is the place for you. Then he got the nerve to follow me out the store and tell me not to come back on his store. I was never doing that to begin with. It looks and smells dirty. I saw bruh behind the counter with one glove on and one glove off. He used the glove free hand to pick his nose. I would never eat here. Nasty.

Ordered the New Yorker Reuben and extra crispy fries. Outstanding, fresh sandwich. Fries are some of the best I’ve ever had. Prompt, friendly service. The crumb cake was just so-so. I’ll be back soon to try other items on their impressive menu!
