They don’t know how to make a pizza. They don’t even know how to chop the veggies. Bell peppers were so big that I was unable to eat it. They just put three pieces of mushrooms on it charged 17 dollars for just one medium size pizza. I tried them for first time and I’m never gonna go back to their place. I would never suggest it to anyone.

I ordered a bacon, ham and regular sausage pizza. I called to ask why it was so spicy and she said it was their sauce that they make and it has a kick to it. I explained it was too spicy for me and the kids said it was burning their mouth and couldn’t eat it because it was so spicy. I told her there were 4 small pieces out of an x-large pizza and she told me there was nothing she could do about it. I had ordered Jack’s several times at other locations and she informed me that people need to understand that this is not the same as other Jacks pizza places. Such a disappointment and a waste of money. I do not recommend this Jack’s pizza if you have purchased Jack’s pizza from a different Jack’s pizza. You will be very disappointed.

They just opened two weeks ago, so still getting their bearings a little bit. Ordered 5 pizzas ahead for a birthday party, they had them ready right on time, and the pizza is amazing. Well constructed, and cooked well. Tastes just as good as the Jack’s I remember from the locations that have sadly closed. Happy to have one near me again.

Not only are they over priced now at this new location but the pizza is not great. Tonight we decided to try once more. When we got home and started making plates, we noticed the breadsticks were not done at all. You could literally smell the dough like you can when you open a can of biscuits. I called up there to exchange the breadsticks and were told that’s just how they are. I said they weren’t last time at all. He said my manager said that’s just how they come. I said sooo she’s not gonna replace them? He said nope. I took pictures and even a video showing the breadsticks so sticky they were hanging from my finger. We will never eat here again! Not to mention horrible customer service.

Just ordered a pizza from Jack’s I got it half supreme and a half pepperoni sausage extra cheese it was supposed to have extra sauce on it when I got the pizza home I asked him for an extra box they couldn’t give me an extra box because it was against the policy then I asked him for parmesan and peppers they couldn’t give me those without charging me and then when I got the pizza home the crust was so soggy and it tasted like it was not fresh I don’t know what to do with this pizza what am I supposed to do call them back

Guy at the counter was rude i have ordered 5 times since it opened and last 2 times i was given outrageous times 1.5 hours for 1 pizza when they were not busy i think they are just lazy and will never order again! C.J.’s pizza in plainfield is way better
