Just stoped by today, picked up an ex-large sausage and mushroom pizza. The wife and I have been eating Jacks Pizza for a very long time. We just love Jacks and have been loyal customers since the early 1970’s. All their pizzas come with oregano so if you don’t go for that tell them to leave it off. There is no indoor seating, carry out only.

I am from out of town and decided to order a pizza to my hotel. I have never been personally handed a full pizza pie, colder than the table. The pizza box was warmer then it’s contents. My hotel does not have anything to warm it up and I am very disappointed because I heard such good things from the locals . . I am so sad and defeated after receiving this 55 dollar order and the sodas I’m drinking are warmer (not really) . There was not steam for the pizza . When I pulled it apart it broke apart not even on the lines that were cut. I had such high admiration for this place because the hotel works talked so highly of this place . I can honestly say this is the coldest meal I’ve ever received.

We ordered Stromboli and chicken Parmesan, add meat, which we pay for and has been no problem. The GM was training his store He was insisting they could not add extra meat, I have been in the restaurant business for 15 yrs, if a customer wants extra potatoes. You do it and up charge!! Todd would not do either, so his suggestion was order meat no bun. I paid for my meal twice!! Todd refused, my delivery driver is making her third trip here , because Todd was not listening and put the order in wrong!! I told him double meat!! He needs to get out of customer service.. it was an upsell and he would not do it!! Tracy always take excellent care of me! We order something at least twice a week. Austin was very helpful. Courtney did a great job coming three times. Todd needs to go!!

Would give 0 stars if I could. Ordered pizza for our group at 8 pm and was told 75 minutes. Waiting over 2 hours and still no pizza. Have called 3 times to be told “it’s on its way”. Seriously could have walked there, eaten it and walked back to the hotel. Worst experience ever as an out of town visitor. It is now well past 10:00 pm and everyone has gone to bed so I’m stuck sitting here waiting on pizzas that may or may not show up.

If I could give a negative star to reflect the negative service I just received I would. I was nothing but POLITE and most importantly RESPECTFUL to the woman “manager” on the phone. I requested a discount that I was told would be added to my number due to their error. She then begin to “First of all” me for no reason. Once I told her I’d like the same respect I was giving her she hung up. I called back and she answered yelling, “I will not be taking your order!” She then proceeded to hang up on me again. Out of all the years of ordering pizza from here I’ve never experienced such distasteful ghetto behavior.

Normally, Jack’s is our favorite pizza. Lately, though, we canNOT seem to get them to put a reasonable amount of cheese on our pizza. We’ve even tried ordering (and paying for) 2X and 3x cheese. It’s actually worked a few times, but mostly we get the same old nearly-cheeseless pizza, regardless of how much extra cheese we order and pay for. This is a picture of our pickup order from last night, supposedly with DOUBLE cheese. It obviously has little to no cheese on it. We called the store and were told by the person who answered the phone that they had personally made up our order and was positive it had double cheese on it. Not sure what to do but to give up on what was once great pizza. It’s a shame, because Jack’s Pizza rocks if it has cheese on it

Ordered at 6pm. Promised delivery by 7:40. Called at 7:45 and they said it would be another at least 45 minutes. Asked to cancel and refund. Hopefully, I’ll get my refund. Now I have to figure out what to do to feed my family dinner.
