Neat little place with above average food, the meatball sub is excellent, the pizza looked really good, steak sandwiches as well, it’s more of a take out place than a sit down, but they do have tables if you choose to dine in, the staff is very attentive and friendly, and seem to go out of thier way to be helpful, if you’re hungry and in the area, definitely give it a try, you won’t be disappointed.

Jack’s worked with us for our small wedding ceremony in the fall and we can’t recommend them enough! They accommodated the wraps we requested for approximately 40 people. They were professional, accommodating and responsive… not mention their wraps were delicious with great veggie options! They were so kind and even gave us a hand written note in a beautiful wedding card to wish us well! Their thoughtfulness, mission, and delicious foods leaves us recommending this place to all! Thank you, Jack’s Pizza! We’ll be back! 🙂

We love Jack’s! We drive from Loudon to get it. The pizza is good no real complaints. Curbside is great and order online is wonderful. Honestly, ahead of many local shops around that don’t offer either.

Great food with reasonable pricing. They bring your food right out to your car as well. You can order ahead online and they and they are always on time. They send you a text to let you know when your food has 7 to 10 minutes left to cook and also when it’s done. Since moving to town a year ago my family orders there regularly and never once have I had a messed up order, been charged incorrectly, or a bad experience in general.

Ordered through their website last night for pickup at their Pittsfield location and had my credit card info stolen – a fraudulent purchase was made at 11pm the same night in excess of $300. Buyer beware – you’re credit card information is liable to be stolen. Look elsewhere for pizza.

If I could give this place a 10/10 I would! Everything is reasonably priced and portioned, their service is fast and friendly, my kids actually enjoyed their meal and the food holds up as leftovers the next day!! We live in Chichester but the trip into Pittsfield is totally worth it! NO MORE HILLTOP PIZZA FOR THIS FAMILY!!! lol

We haven’t ordered anything from Jack’s that we haven’t liked. The pizza, calzones and subs have all been delicious. The twisted taco salad was made with fresh quality ingredients and is my new go-to (I highly recommend you try it)! The staff was prompt, courteous and Covid-19 friendly….they bring your food right out to your vehicle. Online ordering is hassle free and easy to navigate

If I could give this place no stars I would. Ordered at 5:45 and was told 40 minutes. Get there at 6:20 and pay and then told it will be 20 minutes. Then at 6:46, I get a text while standing in the restaurant that it will be ready in 7-10 minutes.
