Went to Jack’s for dinner and I got the Tri-tip plate while my wife got a Create your own Salad. The food was good and seasoned nicely. The Chipotle Mango barbecue sauce was delicious. Definitely worth going back again sometime.

So have tried the turkey plate now four times have received it without gravy at all twice and the most recent experience I had some type of cartridge or PIECE Of the turkey that was not edible attached to my turkey breast. If anybody knows what this is, please let me know.

The sandwiches are good. We had 2 kinds of French fries, garlic fries and Jack’s urban eats fries. They were pretty good, though not the best fries. I’ve ever had. The macaroni and cheese was sub par. It tasted more like macaroni without cheese. The employees were friendly and helpful.

The food was really good and the girl at the register was amazing. I wish I took her name! But she was super helpful, friendly and let me sample the blue cheese because I was skeptical about trying it with the frys! The frys weren’t a single bit spicy since I left the pepper flakes out but technically it was supposed to have spicy oil on them so I’m not sure if they added That or not.

Local California chain with amazing fresh food. Sandwiches are the highlight but you also can create your own salads as well as pick from good selection of Jack created salads. Their stake and bbq is very good if you have such a craving. This location offers good outdoor seating for those who enjoy open air dinning.

I spent $82.00 for door dash to deliver four macs with no cheese, two urban fries with no blue cheese and no chili oil, gross aspergus and some other unpleasant sides. My order was not edible. My entire family threw away their meals. We had to then make dinner at home. It has been in a while since I had Jacks, but I remember there Mac being soaked with cheese…almost like a sauce. The urban fries use to be smothered in blue cheese and chili oil. Never going to get food from this Jacks again

I waited over half an hour an ordered the Turkey dinner the day before Easter to have for my dinner an I didn’t even get a full slice of breast meat very disappointed this was awful. Plus they tried charging him $30 for one meal.

I would give them 4-5 stars if they could get my online order right. I ask for a side of sauce with my sandwich order and 5 times out of 10 my order is missing something, the sauce, pickle, etc.

I like the choose your own salad toppings option and the asparagus soup was absolutly amazing. The food came to the table fast and the people working behind the counter were super friendly. I will be visiting again, I really want to try the Rueban and the sweet potatoe medley.
