Good, quality food! You can tell that it’s not overly processed. My wife got an enormous caesar salad with chicken, and cheese bread, and loved them both. I got a chicken club, minus a few ingredients, and it was alright but not too filling.

I always get a salad and the salads are good. I presume the other items are as well. Employees were polite, food was tasty and delivered to the table in a reasonable amount of time for a freshly prepared meal. This time I had the Korean steak salad and I added a side of chili lime roasted corn. The corn was roasted and sweet and I enjoyed it, but it wasn’t spicy as the name implied. Overall a good lunch and I’m sure I will eat there again.

The food is good. They lose a star because they don’t show prices either on the menu on the wall, or on the digital menu they encourage you to open when you enter. Like they’re some fancy shmancy fine dining place. You don’t see any prices until after you’ve waited in a long line. Then they have a paper menu with fine print on the counter where you order. So that’s dumb.

The food here is really good. I had the BBQ tri tip sandwich. The meat was soft and the BBQ sauce was not over powering the sandwich. It came with pepperocini and pickle which complimented it. Also ordered the pesto chicken and fried chicken sandwich and they were also really good. I will definitely come back and eat here again.

Jacks is actually pretty good, the reason for a 1 star on food for this time is because I have an avocado allergy so when I requested no Avo I expected that. It was a to go order and wasn’t found to be incorrect until I got home which is clear on the other side of town. Because there are random allergies out there food personnel need to be extremely diligent from start to finish when someone request something to be removed. But I will go back because it is good.

Food is a hit and miss. My husband always order their tri-tip. Sometimes the portions are good sometimes not. Sometimes good other times it’s dry. Last time we were there, it took them awhile to deliver my salad. My husband is almost done with his plate and I have to go to the counter to get my order. it was just sitting there. Also, none of the staff wear a head cover. I thought that is standard when you’re working with food. In other restaurants they also cover their beard and mustache but this place doesn’t require them at all.

Came by for a lunch meet up with friends and it was nice and a lot of food for the price point. I had the spicy buffalo chicken salad. It was huge and nice with the house-made buffalo sauce celery and nice apples for a sweet crunch. The others had a steak salad( best value) turkey plate( nice amount of meat and fresh veggies) and a Ruben sandwich( super yummy and decent size) we sat outside so we could chat and have the doggy join us. Overall a great place for lunch with huge salads. I think the tri tip salad is the best value today.

Usually a good experience, tonight definitely was not. My chicken sandwich was made half-fast, fries were soggy and then somehow they ran out of ketchup. Felt like I wasted 30. Buyer beware….

Went on 4/14/18, Saturday lunch. The place was bustling with people but the line ran efficiently. Food really good. Friendly service. Enjoyed the pesto chicken sandwich and salmon bowl salad with my sister. We halved each other’s food to share and it was plenty with leftover.

I absolutely loved this place. My friend treated me and I got a custom salad with salmon, cucumber, feta, blue cheese, cherry tomatoes, crispy wontons, and a gorgonzola dressing and it was delicious . And we shared a their specialty fries, also amazing. I will for sure be back to try their sandwiches I hear so much about.
