I was a loyal Jac’s fan before they closed, but when they did, I became a Winter’s Run regular! And they do have great crabs, but are pricey. I have seen many recommendations on Facebook and NextDoor for Jac’s, so I decided to try them. WOW! I got the Extra Large for $110, ( which is $25 LESS than everyone else! )…I have to say I was EXTREMELY Impressed! They were better !) They were huge and heavy, and perfectly seasoned! They tasted like MD crabs..you can tell the difference between them and the southern state crabs. I highly recommend them! I wish I could post a picture…they were 7+ inches!

We ordered 2 dozen med males crab and 2lbs of jumbo shrimp. Crabs were full and delicious. Shrimps were cooked perfect. Never had bad food from there.

When we lived in Abingdon from 2020 to 2022, Jac’s had become our favored place to buy take out steamed crabs. The crabs were heavy & reasonably priced. They sold sides such as fried clam strips & snow crab clusters & other seafood. We were always waited on by one or two woman. The food was always well prepared & we enjoyed it.

Great Crabs @ Great Prices. Cooked to perfection with generous amounts of Old Bay. I highly recommend and plan on returning in the future. Staff is very knowledgeable, courteous, and pet friendly. A must visit if you’re visiting MD.

I’m a first time customer and have enjoyed their high quality seafood. The staff is quite helpful and friendly. You can only approach the store while going South bound on Highway 40. Leaving is the same. Also, when you leave with all of your delicious seafood, remember that the parking lot is gravel! Please don’t peel out and damage other people’s cars!
