Can’t say this was the greatest food ever, because it wasn’t. The white rice was so hard I couldn’t eat it. The tofu and the green beans were good…everything else was eh (orange chicken, veggie noodles, pork dish). I wouldn’t eat here again to be honest.

Food here was surprisingly good, but service was a bit slow. Seating is all outdoors at tables under umbrellas and you can sit in a garden area next to a running brook rather than on the terrace in front of the order area. Of course, you can only eat there if you have purchased admission to the Huntington Gardens.

This place is 1 of 3 places you can eat at The Huntington Botanical Garden. I really enjoy it, the hot tea is served in these authentic black tea kettles. The food was delish, just a little pricey for my taste. I recommend the Char Siu Pork Fried Rice, and Pork Pot Stickers. Give them a try and let me know. I had to mentioned the staff is super friendly

Great location. Small place for the number of people wanting food. Food portions are large, can be shared.

Dan fan noodles were fantastic and the tea ain’t so bad. Adds to this whole botanic garden situation you probably got talked into.

Pleasantly surprised with their fusion Chinese food!!! Their orange chicken with bell peppers are placed on top of fried white noodles. We love their pretty authentic dan dan noodles and string beans. Fried rice is a little bit mushy.

Upon entering the Jade Court Cafe, I couldn’t help but feel a sense of anticipation. The location is stunning – nestled within the Huntington Gardens, surrounded by the lush greenery and calming waters of the Chinese Gardens. Every detail of the garden is intentional and nothing short of breathtaking. However, it’s the food at the Jade Court Cafe that left me feeling less than inspired.
