I have ordered their two plate entree for my mom months ago. Food delivery by door dash . My mom is a tough cookie to please she’s from South Louisiana . She really likes the sweet rolls. The rolls (3) to an order when I took my picture I had only one left they are soft and melt in your mouth with sugar loaded on top . Remind me of a doughnut hole only a bit bigger and longer. Our entrees are chicken broccoli and teriyaki chicken with fried rice for me and lo-mein as my mom’s side with the same entrees. Thanks Jade’s Express for your tasty food.

Hey guys. I’ve been going to this restaurant since I was 14, maybe 15. And since then I’ve became a chef & I’ve had 4 amazing kids(& the Chinese food I’m eating in Colorado is NOT IT!) and now I’m 30 and live in Colorado Springs,Co. I need you guys to open a Jade Express here or a food truck(it’s a lot of hospitals here).I literally only eat here when I visit Shreveport,La.AND YES MY KIDS LOVE THE FOOD THERE TOO. WE NEED YOU‼️

I’m so pissed. It’s like hit or miss nowadays. Picked up shrimp fried rice an hr before closing. My shrimp were so dry like they had been sitting out all day and they just threw them in the fried rice. Time to find a new spot.

This food literally had me with a stomach ache for two days. I should have turned around and walked out when I say flies flying around the food on the bar. I do not recommend. . China Town in Bossier City has much better food with a cleaner establishment.

I’ve eaten here several times when in the Shreveport area. Most of the times, it’s fantastic. The lo mein, the rangoons, tso chicken, Mongolian pork/beef, the fried rice…it’s all delicious, and served up hot. That being said, I found I’m not a fan of the sauce they use on the beef and broccoli. It was rather gelatinous. And the sweet rolls tasted stale and greasy. But most of the time, this place rocks and I’ll continue to eat here regularly. Four out of five stars.

I made a late call-in close to closing store hours. When I walked in, they were just shutting down. I made a last-minute decision to order the sweet and sour chicken they still had out in the trays. The employee gave it to me for free. It warmed my heart, and it really meant something to me that they would be so kind to do that. At the time, I was low on money and trying to prepare lunch for my mom the next day.
