3 times I’ve purchased from Jade Express and every time they get the order wrong. Had called and spoke with manager and he confirmed the error was their fault. He stated that they are very busy only had 2 people working. But 3rd order was that was delivered was still missing the soy sauce which he promised me that would not forget this time. The previous order the only sent rice the left off the 2 meats, Lo Mein and steamed vegetables. Geez! Called back and he kept saying they were just too busy. He would give the owners info. for me to convey my dissatisfaction. Food is not even that good. It was just local to me. Don’t waste your time for nor money with these folks.

Spent $40 on a group order and they messed up an order, I ordered hibachi steak and chicken and the Philadelphia roll, they gave me an egg roll and the hibachi steak and shrimp, my coworker called back up there to let them know and they said they’d have to recharge her for the order to fix THEIR mistake, highly don’t recommend this place

I recently went to Jade Express and had a great experience! The restaurant was a welcoming place and the service was excellent. The staff were friendly and the food was very delicious. I highly recommend jalapeño chicken with crabragoons

I do not recommend this place to anyone. First they need to get people that want to work and not kids. The cook must have quit, because the food when we tried it the first time it was fresh hot really good we went back a second time ok the two last times was not even edible. The ginger chicken was burnt tough you could bit it , it was so hard this last Monday they got it all wrong went back to tell them and they said we will put it back on the card never did for the chicken that they was supposed to have given us they gave us the nasty yellow tasteless yellow rice. We will never go there again, for the price you pay and expect to get they are a poor excuse of a buiness. I would not recommend this place to anyone

Love this place it always has the best and fresh taste out of the other places in the area. Friendly staff and clean every time I go. Only down side is that I wished the tea was blended with ice instead of just iced.

Ordered the pepper steak and when it arrived there was not one single slice of pepper in it. It was all onions. Generally when you order pepper steak it should have PEPPERS in it. Restaurant needs to change the name to onion steak If that’s all that’s going to be in it, otherwise this is false advertisement.
