When You Visit Jade Garden…A Lunch Special will make your lunch special. Service is superb and the new menu looks quite sexy with its glossy glitzy glamor. Choose your protein or veggie and give it a bath in a succulent sauce that is not only finger licking…but may also qualify as toe licking if you were to accidentally spill some on your feet. Our first time here. Food was really good. Not many Chinese/Japanese restaurants around anymore that you can go in and sit down. They bring the crispy noodles with hot mustard and duck sauce. Good food , good service at a decent price!

Best place in town hands down!!! Ordered delivery online. When it got here and I began digging into my treasures… they where steaming ♨️ last 3 places my food has been cold as ice by the time I get it. And honey soooo good!!! Worth every penny delivery guy was very nice. I even called the store the women I talked to was friendly. Perfect service I would give 10

So disappointed. This was my go-to for Chinese. Service was bad, fried noodles were like sticks & stale, got order wrong, forgot to bring appetizer, 5 times had to tell cashier “tip is on the table”. He kept pushing me to add tip to the bill. Have to find a new go-to.

This is my first and LAST time ordering from this place. The rice was mushy, overcooked and had no flavor. The general tso’s chicken was no different. My wife had pepper steak and that wasn’t tasty either. Waste of $30. I work hard for my money and hate just throwing it away. This food isn’t edible, I now have to eat a sandwich.

So sad. We used to love this restaurant and did take out at least once a week. They recently changed owners and customer service has steadily gone downhill. I finally stopped going and now we need to search for a new place. I agree with other reviewers about the delivery driver. We are temporarily living on the 5th floor of an apartment building since our permanent home was destroyed by a tornado last fall. We continued to ordered from here and the driver actually left my food with a stranger in my building because he said it took me too long to get down the 5 floors. He shouted over the phone that he was too busy to wait and this was after I left his tip on my credit card when I ordered. I subsequently had several more problems with the last problem happening right in front of our front door security person who actually is the person here most often asked for restaurant referrals. She wanted to see what I ordered and it turned out that the jumbo shrimp entree I wanted to show her was mistakenly packed as a CHICKEN with vegetables. Although mistakes happen, when I called the restaurant in front of the security guard, they not only disputed what we were saying (actually insisted it was shrimp even though we were all looking at chicken) but wanted a picture of it, which we sent immediately and to add insult to injury after tipping for delivery and getting the wrong order, they wanted me to drive back to get the shrimp. This place needs some lessons on customer service or they will never make it in this area. The food is almost back to the way it was but it will take much polishing to clean up their behavior.
