Excellent pei pa tofu, which they called House special tofu, except it wasn’t quite shaped like a pei pa instrument, nicely seasoned and sauced and cooked mapo tofu, good string beans with pork, and excellent bitter melon with pork in black bean. Tender, but slightly dry roast duck. Chinese restaurant-friendly staff (meaning they want to know who you are, where you’re from, what you do, what is your relationship to the woman you came with, and to the last person she came with, etc. “Brusque, friendly-nosey”), somewhat dated interior but functional. Plenty of free parking. A diamond in the rough. I brought the lei for mom! No leaves, so probably from tea bags, tea, which was serviceable. If you know what to order in a Chinese restaurant, the food is quite good. If you are ordering fried stuff with sweet sour sauce or a special deal luncheon plate with x number of choices, of course it will be mediocre. Those are not Chinese food!

Excellent take out. Service is real Chinese style; NOT American style. You go for excellent food, not service. House chinese noodle is a medium fun w plenty gravy, veggies, water chestnuts, & seafood. Don’t go here & cause a wait at MY local stop for dinner.

The reason for 2/5 stars was that they had the order ready fast and correct, otherwise it’s a 1/5 for us. I am only reviewing on the pick up order process as we didn’t dine in. The food was terrible. We ordered 4 items at almost $70.00 when tax was added on. The general’s chicken was “mush” when we picked it up. No crispness to it whatsoever. The deep fried tofu was also mush, like it wasn’t air fried at all. Lastly, the Mongolian beef had texture like it was all fat and no meat. We tossed all of these in our air crisper when we got home, which unfortunately didn’t make it any less mushy or taste better. We also ordered the hot and sour soup, which was the only thing that was still just “okay”. I don’t like writing bad reviews, but hopefully this is helpful to someone. For the price, I wouldn’t recommend. You’re better off heading over to Panda Express.

I eat here Fo usually lunch , either eat in, or take out, my favorite place wen I want Ginger cold chicken, I think, they make one of the Best! So I order the Lunch combo, 2 choice, Ginger chicken w / Char – shu! the bomb! The price went up a little, but worth it! I’ll be back , wen I craving it again! Mahalo!

Great place for Chinese food they make the best lemon chicken, beef broccoli, honey walnut shrimp, shrimp canton, cake noodles, and stuffed eggplant. They have family style dinners but I ordered catering for a small pan of honey walnut shrimp and a small pan of beef broccoli and paid $131 even at this cost it was still worth it.

The people working here acted like they were annoyed at me for ordering. The food was terrible. The sweet and sour chicken was way over cooked and seemed like it sat out for an hour before I got it. It was so dried out, I couldn’t even cut it with a knife. The Crispy Chicken is nothing more than cut up baked chicken thighs. It wasn’t terrible, but there’s nothing authentic about it. No spices, sauces or even a marinade. Don’t waste your time here. If you do, don’t expect much.
