I ordered online and added a note for being outside waiting and that I am handicapped so I asked to have it brought to car… They didn’t read the note, I called after the time it said it would be ready and they could not confirm order — even with the order number, and when I asked if it could be brought to my car (outside) was told Mgr would call me back… Girl came out and asked if I was waiting for an order… Then brought it out… Cold and mushy spring rolls, MILDLY warm wings, dumplings and boneless ribs… NO Rice (as ordered in menu system)

So I went there tonight to grab food with my husband and the sushi was great. However I was pretty disgusted when my boba tea was literally hot…not warm, hot and all my boba was melted into a clump. When I brought up the issue I was told that’s just the way it is, no attempt to fix it or give me my money back bc I didn’t want my iced drink so hot it that dunkin would have to put a warning on it. This was our go to place we loved it. The last couple of times and the last couple of months things definitely changed. New chef? Or come back on the food The chicken teriyaki was my favorite now they’re skinny dried out. It was two times in a row. I’m not sure what to do next if I’m going to continue to order or not. This place was pretty great. They must have hired a new chef or something. Item are over cooked, over battered. Miso soup was like ocean water salty. Hoping they can get their act together. The pricing does not match the quality. Cheering on small business. Let’s go!

Ordered sweet and sour shrimp and the sauce may have been just koolaid very watered down. Ordered extra rice and they send one tiny half full container of watered down duck sauce. Very disappointing. Shrimp was cooked nicely but really wished I has the sauce to go with it. Maybe I’ll pick some up from Shaws.

Mediocre. Decent pricing and options. Too much breading on chicken. General Tsou not spicy at all. Rice was mushy not fried.

Fried shrimp way too much batter not enough shrimp, only decent thing was fried ravioli that was under fried. Pork spare ribs over flowing with sauce that got on ravioli and fatty. Rice was bland and dry. Would not order from again.
