In 2005, the second location of Jade II was opened in Gardner, Mass. Both of our locations have open kitchen, you can always see through how’s your meals been prepared and cooked. The freshness and tastiness of our food lead to the success over the years.

I was really dissatisfied, everything i got tasted bad. The egg roll had too much ginger and tasted days old, the chicken fingers were caked in undercooked batter, the crab rangoons are very clearly imitation crab, the spare ribs were tough and overcooked, and also likely old. The pork fried rice was oily, and peppery for some reason. I dont think ill order from here again and I recommend you spend your money somewhere else.

The food is pretty good here but it’s the serving sizes that really make it 100% worthwhile. Every time I have ordered here they have given me enough food to last about 3-4 meals and it’s great! On top of that they have really great prices!

Absolutely good for a quick Chinese food dinner. I just moved here from NY and tried 2 other places before Jade but I wasn’t as satisfied with those places. This place reminds me of the place next to my old house growing up I used to get from all the time.

I ordered some chicken pad Thai from here tonight and an order of spring rolls. The spring rolls are deep fried- which was not what I was hoping as spring rolls are traditionally fresh. Chicken pad Thai was awful. Bland and had an almost sour flavor. I informed them when I placed the order that I only had a $50 for my food. It came to $16 something and when I handed the driver my money he tried to walk away. I asked him for change and was expecting to give him a tip but as expected, he did not have change. He again tried to leave with my money but I told him to come back around with the proper change to which he wasn’t pleased. Pretty poor service all around and will not order again.

Ordered here many times and had excellent food. Tonight the food was unacceptable. The food was all burnt. Hair in my fried rice. The duck sauce they give in the cup was super runny like they added water. Almost $50 for what ended up mostly in the trash.
