Place has plenty of seating and parking, service was good, the food was ok, the atmosphere was nice too with wide seats for those areas next to windows, the people seemed to have been having nice time. A nice place to sit and chat

They were able to accommodate my party of 20 extremely last minute. Like in 5 minutes. The food was delicious. The service was quick and Sally was AMAZING. The drinks were great too. We ordered tons of food and everything came out hot and fresh. 10/10 wild go back in a heartbeat!!

The way to go for Japanese cuisine. Miss the Sunday buffet but the table side service is the same, but better. My current favorite… the shashimi salad. Be sure to go there on an empty stomach… you’ll need the room.

I have never been more disappointed in not only the service but also the management. I ordered a pu pu for 2. I was surprised to see two small chicken wings four tiny nuget size chicken kid fingers, over cooked boneless spare ribs terrible egg roll and tasteless crab rangoon. After asking bartender if they made a mistake and gave me lunch special. She laughed at me went out back and made fun of my question. The manager came out and proceeded to tell me how my examples we old way he doesn’t care what I think and If I don’t like I can leave. I explained to him I didn’t want to leave not trying the food as of yet. Probably should have. Old oil greasy tast. Anyway I would not recommend visiting this restaurant at all. The only thing I can say is they are consistent. Consistently bad.

Best Asian cuisine north of Boston. Sushi is creative and delicious, Chinese dishes are fresh and hot. Love the hot and sour soup and Peking ravioli. Service is always friendly and fast!

Best Chinese food and customer service around here! My husband and I loved every single thing we ordered plus we had awesome wait staff. I will definitely be coming back again. We got the Kung Pau chicken and the double cooked pork..delicious. Chicken fingers came with homemade duck sauce and chinese mustard that I could of eaten by itself with spoon. My husband ordered some sushi and he said it was very fresh. The wonton soup was the best I ever had. Jade North is my new addiction! Pure Yum…this picture is what we had left over. Generous portions so we can have a whole other scrumptious meal. Thanks Jade North.

Definitely NOT a 4.5 star restaurant. Scallion pancakes had few scallions, were doughy, and slightly burnt. Vegetable tempura had several veggies glommed together, and were oily. Main entrees were bland. Service was poor; waters were never refilled. It took about six minutes to get anyone’s attention to get the bill.

Not great. The fried rice like pork,chicken,shrimp rice has too much of an egg flavor more than flavor, eating the next day taste too much like raw egg. Food is ok over all. The general gao chicken is ok. Not the place for sushi in my opinion its more of a feature in a chinese food place. The Celtic, green sushi is their best sushi, being unique, other sushi was just ok, The scenery is attractive. (have answered and replied to the owners reply, has been edited)
