A nice and comfortable place to eat. Generous portions. The price is good. The food is what you’d expect at an American Chinese place. The BBQ pork and curry dishes were delicious. Some of the deep fried dishes have a lot of extra flour and grease… But overall it tastes good!

Food wasn’t good enough to even eat. Chicken fingers small and mostly crisped batter couldn’t bite. Sweet sour sauce cold. Sent Chicken fingers back they weren’t any better and didn’t eat meal still charged full price. Not going back again. That was last chance.

Was really not expecting this place to be as good as it was. Walked in and no one was there and place is a little dated but the food is where it is at!!! The platter for 2 was amazing and plenty to go around and really cheap for the amount of food you get! Everything was amazingly good!

Best place to go when you’re in town for a quick sit down much! You get in and out without much of a wait time and the meals are always hot, delicious, and very filling! Definitely recommend the lunch menu if you get a chance!

The salt n pepper Chicken was not Chicken.. it was really tiny peaces of some form of meat it was slimming and disgusting it was take out it all went in the trash.. never go there again…

I’m now the definition of Insanity. I keep ordering from Jade Palace and I expect a different result. Today once again I made a purchase and once again I found myself highly disappo8nted along with my friends who did partake in this order. The problem is there are no other competition Chinese Restaurants to put this place out of business. Jade Palace food is DISFUSTING, OVERPRICED and INFERIOR. Close the doors already you hacks

Waitress dropped the F bomb in front of our 10 year old daughter, didn’t bother to apologize or correct it. Took her a good 30 minutes after we had our drinks for her to decide it was worth taking our order. The icing on the cake was her inability to get my girlfriend a new fork after we asked politely and pointed out the one that had been given to her still had someone else’s food on it. Now I’m usually and extremely understanding customer. People have lives, and we don’t know what their struggles are behind closed doors. However, taking upwards of 30 minutes just to take our order, on what had to be one of the slowest nights I’d ever personally witnessed in this establishment, is unacceptable. By the time we actually had our food, we just wanted to leave. Absolutely terrible service for NO good reason. Jade palace I highly recommend you better train your waiters/waitresses to make sure this does not continue to happen to others. You have been our go to for Chinese food my entire life, but as of late, you leave much to be desired.
